I’ve been attempting to be mindful all day and let me tell you… it’s actually quite fun! Aiming to be more aware of everything you’re doing makes for the most enjoyable experiences. Walking to the chippy and back was a lot more interesting than it should have been, taking in all my surroundings constantly being aware of walking and what my aim was. Amazing.

The Miracle of Mindfulness: Breathing
The book is continuing to slay me. It really does lay down the home truths of how we all have no control over anything whatsoever. Keeping control of our breathing will always help restore us to mindfulness! We can become aware and mindful together guys!

I talk too much.
I do love a good ‘deep’ chat with someone willing to give me and my overly complex opinions the time of day. Why is the government a joke? Why am I very critical of the nature of art? Why do I firmly believe S Club 7 is and always will be better than Steps??? THESE ARE THE QUESTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Washing the Dishes to Wash the Dishes
I’ve recently started reading Thich Nhat Hanh’s ‘The Miracle of Mindfulness’ and I have to say it is shocking just how much my mind lives in the future, I’m constantly thinking about something else while I’m doing pretty much anything.
